New Beginnings for 2520 Lafayette

After a few year hiatus from the stationery business, I decided to start designing again and opened 2520 Lafayette. My goal was to create more custom designed invitations and stationery. My other goal was to find a space for the business outside of my home. I loved my basement “store” when the kids were young, but for this venture I wanted to have a dedicated space, and after a year have found the perfect spot!

Today is my first full day in my new space. My new shop is located inside the Fashion Incubator at 608 N. Broadway – just two blocks north of the 3rd Ward in between Wisconsin Avenue and Michigan. For all Junior League volunteers, you will know the space – I am just a few doors south of the old Penny Wise store. I am sharing the space with other creative businesses and the energy is so motivating. My Pinterest boards have come to life – loft, downtown, hardwood floors, huge windows, etc. – a great place to be creative.

I invite you to come see the space. Samples are on display and I will also have gift items in stock that can be purchased same day. Hours are by appointment, but I am here almost every afternoon and all day Fridays. You can also still come to my house, order via email or the Etsy store. Trying to be as convenient as possible and provide a high quality, unique product that will make your event/gift memorable!

Cheers to many festive occasions and new beginnings,

Lori
